First and foremost, all of our associates must conform to professional and ethical business practices.  If we say we will do something, we will do it and we expect the same from all associates.  Our associates also will expect the same from customers.  We expect honesty, fairness, and straightforward agreements between our associates and customers.  While each associate operates independently  in accordance with each county and state requirements, we expect these qualities in associates if they use our name and website.

• Affordable Payment Plans--we work with buyers to make the dream of home ownership a reality!  Our typical lease often will allow the customer the option to purchase with a generous portion of the lease payment going toward the purchase price of the home!

• No Banks are Required--since our homes are all leased or sold solely through our company, there is no need to go to a bank for financing.  If you want to, of course, you can.  However, many banks will not finance used mobile homes without excellent credit and even then, there is a limit to how old the home can be.

• You are Past the Big Portion of Depreciation--unfortunately there are many dealers out there who simply do not treat customers fairly.  (Of course there are many that do.)  In many instances, dealers will add many features to the home price such as decks, skirting, moving costs, setup fees, license fees, and many others to the cost of the home.  What is the result?  A home that is not worth as much as you paid for it by the time it reaches the lot!  Homes typically depreciate quickly for the first 3-5 years and then much slower after that.  (The majority of our homes fall past this range).  It is not uncommon for a home 10 years old to actually look BETTER than when it was first built because the owner took excellent care of it and added to the beauty.

• All of our Homes are Set Up and Ready--you pay no moving, setup fees or other "hidden" costs.  Many of our homes are setup in nice mobile home parks or in a few cases on land.  We work closely with the park owners to get you approved.

Park owners know they can trust our company.  We work with many mobile home parks in the area and have plenty of references.  In addition, we are park owners ourselves.  We know the importance of keeping the park full of nice homes and quality people.  We can help you fill your park with both homes and people with no cost to you!  We work closely with the owners/managers to insure lot rent is paid on time.  Many parks call us when a home is for sale or a lot is for rent because we can usually fill it quickly.
