Selling Your Old Electronics
"Recycle, Don't Just Throw Away..."
By: Joe Ponce
Companies that buy old mobile phones and old electronic devices have been popping up all over the place. How do you
know if they are legitimate? How do you know if you will receive the price they quote you on the
website?
The answer is: You do not know…until you do some research.
Selling your cell phone is not particularly difficult.
Many sites will mail you a package and you can simply place the phone in it and send it to them.
When they receive the phone, they should contact you and confirm that your phone is in the condition you described
when you asked for a bid on their website.
This is where it gets tricky. If they do not agree with your assessment and say the phone is worth less, what do
you do? You can pay to have the phone returned, but now it is becoming a hassle. Most people will simply agree
(although they will be annoyed) with the new quoted price.
So to save you some time, it is worth reading a bit on the www.CashForMobiles.com website where you can expect to
receive a fair deal.
There is also information on other companies which is updated regularly to help you make the best decision.
The truth is: some of the mobile devices are worth more to some companies than others and it pays to do a bit of
research. Cash for Mobiles helps you with that research.
Other mobile items can also be sold to companies such as your old GPS. You can also sell your old audio equipment.
Sell your old iPad or iPhone or any mobile electronics such as these.
Believe it or not, you can sell just about any mobile electronic device for cash to someone.
So check around the house…look in drawers and closets for those old mobile phones and other electronic gadgets that
are just sitting there gathering dust.
It is so easy to pass them on to a company or charity that it interested in them that there is no reason not to
take advantage of this.
Think twice before you just throw it away. The batteries are much better being recycled than ending up in a
landfill or garbage dump somewhere. The material in them should be recycled or disposed of properly.
Remember to check back with us regularly as companies are buying more and more of these type of devices.
We send a short newsletter about once a month out on some great recycling tips and ways to cash in on some of your
electronic gadgets.
